If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please notify us immediately. Notification must be made to email@example.com within 5 days of receipt.
We can offer a refund minus shipping when items have been returned within 14 days of their receipt. They must be in their original condition and returned in the original packaging/frames.
Items will not be refunded until the returned package has been received.
We recommend you use a tracking service or insure valuable items if returning. We do not accept responsibility for shipping fees, sales taxes or import duties. Additional shipping charges will apply to exchanges. We are not responsible for items that you have returned which have been lost or damaged in transit.
We will not exchange goods that do not have their original packaging/frames or show obvious signs of wear or abuse. In this instance, the goods will be returned to the buyer.
Sale items may not be refunded or exchanged.
Earrings are not refundable due to hygiene reasons.
